About the role

  • Provide overview of Client Retirement Plans, answer questions, assist participants in understanding tools, resources, and benefits administered by Alight to promote overall financial well-being via enrollment meetings.
  • Deliver retirement and general financial education workshops to Client employees in person or virtually; prepare workshop materials and record educational videos when requested.
  • Conduct group meetings to educate on plan changes as enhancements and modifications occur.
  • Provide individual employee financial education sessions to help set retirement goals, assess strategies, develop savings and investment strategies, and utilize retirement and financial planning tools.
  • Support employees in ongoing use of retirement and financial planning tools.
  • Provide monthly reports to Client and Alight Solutions of sessions performed including attendees, topics covered, and attendee feedback summaries.
  • Develop new retirement and financial planning education information and improve existing workshops and materials.
  • Travel to Client locations as agreed upon.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in delivering financial education workshops to individuals or employees.
  • Individuals with 3 to 5 years of experience in a financial or investments call center with excellent presentation skills will be considered.
  • FINRA Series 7 (or 6) and Series 66 (or 65) are required.
  • CRPC (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor) or similar designation required (or willingness to obtain within six months of hire).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office required, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong employee retirement plan knowledge preferred.
  • Alight requires all virtual interviews to be conducted on video.
