Mid-level Design Analyst
Alife NinoVisual Designer at Grupo Alife creating materials for their Bars vertical. Collaborating on brand strategy and delivering high-impact visual content.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to strengthening the brands within Grupo Alife’s Bars vertical through the creation of visual materials and creative content
- Develop key visuals, communication pieces and graphic materials for campaigns, activations and initiatives across the Bars brands
- Create Trade Marketing materials, such as menus, POS materials, signage, activations and other operational support pieces
- Produce visual content for digital channels, social media and other platforms, including static and animated assets
- Support the development and evolution of brand visual identities, ensuring consistent application of branding elements
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines, visual identity manuals and communication standards
- Participate in the development of creative concepts and support copywriting for campaigns and corporate materials
- Organize and manage creative requests, ensuring deadlines are met and briefs are followed
- Collaborate closely with Branding, Trade Marketing, Content, Media and Operations teams
- Monitor design, branding and communication trends, bringing references and new creative solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Design, Advertising, Visual Communication or a related field
- Portfolio showcasing creative work (graphic pieces, key visuals, brand materials) — portfolio required to apply
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and good familiarity with Figma and/or Canva
- Strong writing skills and the ability to support copy and concept development in addition to visual work
- Organized profile with the ability to handle multiple requests and concurrent deadlines
- Attention to detail, visual consistency and craftmanship
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Marketing, Trade, Content, Media, Operations)
- Advanced knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to creative work — image and video generation and editing, and creation of communication assets (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, generative AI tools within Photoshop/Illustrator, among others)
- Previous experience at an agency, creative studio or in a marketing/branding area of a retail, foodservice or hospitality company — advantage
- Basic UX/UI knowledge and experience creating or supporting websites and interfaces — advantage
- Experience creating animated content (basic motion) — advantage
- Interest in or familiarity with the bars, restaurants and gastronomy sector — advantage
