About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, develop and monitor the performance of the Creative team, providing direction, organizing workloads and ensuring excellence in deliverables.
  • Manage the department's workflow, set priorities, assign tasks and ensure deadlines and schedules are met.
  • Act as the owner of creative project management (PMO), ensuring the quality of briefs, alignments and deliverables with partner areas.
  • Develop, review and approve graphic and communication materials for campaigns, activations, trade marketing, digital media, corporate materials and points of sale.
  • Create, review and ensure the quality of copy for campaigns, advertising pieces, corporate communications and brand materials.
  • Ensure a high standard of craft across all deliverables, conducting rigorous reviews of content, visual identity and brand application prior to publication or production.
  • Safeguard the visual and verbal consistency of the brands, maintaining, updating and evolving guidelines, manuals and communication standards.
  • Partner with Branding, Trade Marketing, Content, Media, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure strategies are translated into high-impact creative materials.
  • Research design, communication, branding and market trends, bringing references and best practices that strengthen innovation and the evolution of Grupo Alife's brands.
  • Serve as a technical reference for the team and partner areas, promoting a culture of creativity, collaboration, organization and excellence in deliverables.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in leadership or creative coordination roles (design and copy), in an agency or in-house.
  • Solid portfolio with proven work for brands in the bars, restaurants, foodservice or hospitality sectors — essential for application.
  • Highly refined craft, strong attention to detail and high standards when reviewing materials.
  • Strong ability to manage briefs and schedules, prioritize tasks and use project management tools.
  • Strong writing skills in addition to visual design capabilities — a full design-and-copy profile.
  • Experience managing people or creative teams.
  • Good communication skills and ability to provide direction and feedback to design teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in AI tools applied to creative work — image and video generation and communication assets (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, generative AI within Photoshop/Illustrator, among others) — and the ability to disseminate this usage across the team.
  • We are looking for someone with proven case studies using these kinds of tools.
  • Curiosity about and proficiency with AI tools for brief/workflow management, job organization and tracking team requests.
