About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be responsible for strengthening and consolidating Grupo Alife's brand positioning by developing integrated Branding and Trade Marketing strategies.
Act as the link between strategy and execution, leading the implementation of brand initiatives.
Ensure that all brand initiatives are implemented consistently.
Approve communication materials, campaigns, activations, POS materials and other brand-related deliverables.
Manage schedules, budgets, suppliers and partner agencies.
Monitor performance indicators of Branding and Trade Marketing activities.
Work collaboratively with Creative, Content, Media, Operations and other stakeholders.
Build and oversee promotional calendars, launches, seasonal campaigns and activations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in leadership or coordination roles in Branding, Marketing or Trade Marketing.
Strong knowledge of brand building, positioning and communication strategy.
Previous experience managing people or trade/marketing teams.
Organized, process-oriented profile with strong ability to manage agendas, timelines and budgets.
Keen eye for craft, brand consistency and customer experience across touchpoints.
Good communication skills and ability to move between strategic vision and hands-on execution.
Hands-on, energetic profile with ownership mindset and the ability to approve a high volume of materials quickly and judiciously.
Curiosity and proficiency with Artificial Intelligence tools.
