Junior Recruitment and Selection Analyst
Alife NinoRecruitment Analyst conducting hiring processes and enhancing candidate experience in São Paulo. Engaging with team leaders and collaborating on talent acquisition strategies.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act strategically and consultatively in recruitment and selection processes.
- Lead end-to-end selection processes for operational, administrative, corporate, leadership positions, and entry programs.
- Align candidate profiles with hiring managers.
- Advertise job openings on recruitment platforms, social media, educational institutions, and employment partners.
- Screen resumes, conduct competency-based interviews, and prepare technical assessments.
- Manage candidate flow in the ATS (Quickin).
- Monitor recruitment and selection KPIs and propose continuous improvement actions.
- Provide consultative support to leadership.
- Conduct the hiring/onboarding process in partnership with internal departments.
- Manage the Young Apprentice and Internship programs.
- Support the creation and updating of job descriptions and the organizational structure.
- Participate in Employer Branding projects and talent attraction initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Initial experience in recruitment and selection, conducting selection processes for operational and administrative positions.
- Experience with job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and supporting selection processes.
- Preferred experience with competency-based interviews and preparing assessments.
- Preferred knowledge of hiring/onboarding processes and relationship management with hiring managers.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and selection metrics.
