About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own payroll and employee administration excellence
  • Ensure that every employee interaction — from contracts and payroll to HR policies and processes — is accurate, compliant, and seamless
  • Report directly to the VP of People & Culture
  • Lead employee relations, compliance, and working conditions
  • Manage individual and collective employment-related situations
  • Contribute to the definition and deployment of Working Conditions (QVCT) initiatives
  • Own the People Analytics foundation and HR systems, and drive automation
  • Contribute to scaling People Operations and Compliance practices while improving the employee experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid knowledge of human resources management and French labor law
  • Experience managing labor relations and leading a works council
  • Good understanding of international compliance issues
  • Proficiency with HR tools and digital collaborative environments
  • True team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams
  • Independent, proactive, and highly solution-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Rigorous and detail-oriented
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Education: Master's degree in Labor/Social Law or Human Resources Management
  • Languages: Fluent French and English
  • Desired experience: Minimum 8 years
