Key responsibilities & impact

Own company swag end-to-end — from concept to delivery — ensuring high-quality, on-brand materials for events and marketing.
Manage the operational coordination of marketing events (logistics, materials, merchandise, timelines) and handle post-event follow-up and performance tracking.
Contribute to improving team workflows and explore practical uses of AI to increase efficiency.
Support and drive execution of cross-functional marketing projects (social, content, video, employer branding).
Maintain dashboards, build a basic pipeline view, and contribute to monthly reporting by highlighting key insights and trends.
Support content updates and perform basic quality checks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Final-year Master's student in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
Available for a 6-month internship starting in September
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong digital skills (e.g., Excel, WordPress, Google Analytics or similar tools)
Previous experience in marketing or project-based work (internships, academic projects, or extracurriculars)
High attention to detail and quality standards
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools
Strong organizational skills and a structured way of thinking
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support diverse projects
Intermediate level of French is a plus
