About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute exploratory testing on BI systems, investigating scenarios, flows, and system behaviors
Plan, design and execute functional tests for web applications
Analyze requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, suggesting improvements when necessary
Identify, document and report bugs clearly and in detail
Collaborate with developers and other team members to resolve issues
Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, review and retrospective)
Communicate risks, test results and test status to the team
Contribute to improving test processes and product quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in software testing
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum or similar)
Experience testing web applications
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work in a team and collaborate across different areas
Nice-to-have: knowledge of BI, data, dashboards or analytical reporting
Nice-to-have: courses or certifications in Software Quality, such as CTFL, agile testing or QA
Nice-to-have: experience in software factories or digital product teams
