About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create assets focused on demand generation, paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn), activation materials, banners, and remarketing creatives with a focus on conversion;
- Optimize landing pages and capture pages, collaborating with the growth team to improve conversion rates (CRO) through visual testing;
- Actively participate in growth experiments by creating visual variations for A/B tests and interpreting results to guide subsequent designs;
- Produce assets and templates for email marketing campaigns and automations, ensuring responsiveness and alignment with the nurture funnel;
- Create and maintain the visual identity across digital channels (website, blog, social media, and institutional materials) with consistency and a focus on engagement;
- Edit short-form videos for paid media campaigns, working quickly to meet performance-driven deadlines;
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams from concept to campaign delivery, attending briefing and strategic alignment meetings;
- Monitor performance metrics for created assets (CTR, conversion rate, engagement) and propose visual improvements based on data.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields;
- Proficiency in the Adobe suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop, and knowledge of Premiere and After Effects;
- Proven experience creating assets for paid media and performance-driven digital campaigns;
- Knowledge of branding and building a consistent visual identity across multiple channels;
- Analytical thinking to interpret performance data and translate insights into creative decisions;
- Ability to manage multiple requests with agility while maintaining quality and visual consistency;
- Portfolio showcasing examples of digital assets and campaigns, especially conversion or lead-generation materials.
