Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and evolve Data Science and Generative AI solutions applied to the company’s products;
Design architectures for intelligent agents and conversational flows based on LLMs;
Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, integrating structured and unstructured data;
Develop predictive models and Machine Learning algorithms for agribusiness scenarios;
Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases and corporate systems;
Work on monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement of models in production;
Ensure best practices for security, governance and data isolation in multi-tenant environments;
Support cross-domain analytical initiatives, connecting different verticals and data sources;
Disseminate technical best practices and contribute to strengthening a data-driven culture.

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields;
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs);
Proficiency in Python applied to Data Science and AI;
Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar;
Knowledge of RAG techniques, embeddings, prompt engineering and vector databases;
Experience with supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning algorithms;
Experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn and XGBoost;
Knowledge of model monitoring and production operations practices (LLMOps);
Experience integrating APIs and handling data from different sources;
Analytical, collaborative profile with strong problem-solving skills.
