About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Organize and lead kick-off and requirements-gathering meetings with clients and relevant stakeholders;
  • Schedule proposal presentations and follow up on all stages of the commercial negotiation;
  • Draft, review, and format commercial proposals clearly and concisely;
  • Receive and analyze product development requests and prioritizations;
  • Plan and monitor sprints with the product and development teams, ensuring value-focused deliveries;
  • Create, maintain, and update schedules in MS Project, controlling milestones, deadlines, and dependencies;
  • Track resource time allocation to ensure productivity and a balanced distribution of workload;
  • Identify and propose actions to mitigate project risks;
  • Negotiate deadlines and priorities with clients and internal teams, focusing on feasibility and impact;
  • Serve as a liaison between internal and external areas to align requirements, training, and deliverables;
  • Document lessons learned at the end of each scope to promote continuous improvement;
  • Support the team with routine management and organization of deliverables, ensuring predictability and focus;
  • Prepare status reports and monitor project indicators (KPIs);
  • Conduct data analyses to identify patterns, improvement opportunities, and to support strategic decisions;
  • Ensure the integrity and quality of the data used in project management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of Project Management;
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (waterfall) project approaches, with the judgment to determine appropriate applicability;
  • Preferred experience in managing software development projects, especially in environments subject to frequent change;
  • Experience with common project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Planner, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Knowledge of Power BI;
  • MBA in Project Management (preferred).
