About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and KPIs;
- Perform strategic analyses on key indicators;
- Create predictive models to support strategic decision-making;
- Clean, integrate, and organize data from multiple sources;
- Create and improve SQL queries, supporting database development;
- Automate reports and processes to increase day-to-day efficiency;
- Develop analyses and studies that support leadership decision-making;
- Ensure data quality, organization, and reliability;
- Understand the needs of business areas and translate them into data-driven solutions;
- Support initiatives applying artificial intelligence to HR/Payroll.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields;
- SQL and Power BI required;
- Data modeling, ETL/ELT;
- Dashboard development;
- Python for data analysis;
- Experience handling large volumes of data;
- Databricks; Spark (strong advantage);
- Data Warehouse / Lakehouse;
- Experience with predictive models and Machine Learning;
- Experience with AI applied to HR;
