About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver projects on time, within budget, and at the expected quality according to the scope agreed with the client;
Apply the implementation methodology to projects and ensure all stakeholders are following it;
Engage the team and promote alignment of activities;
Conduct client visits to initiate, monitor, and close projects;
Control the schedule and execution of all tasks or project customizations according to the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure);
Track project progress and hold meetings to present status reports;
Record and formalize all decisions, agreements, and meetings, and schedule visits or remote services for resources assigned to the project;
Ensure that benefits are realized by the client during and upon project completion;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Accounting, or related fields;
Ongoing MBA in Project Management is a plus;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
Experience with project management tools;
Strong analytical and organizational skills;
Effective communication;
Empathy in client service;
Proactivity;
Sense of urgency and time management;
Curiosity and willingness to learn;
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;
Resilience and emotional intelligence;
Entrepreneurial mindset and result-oriented focus;
Experience managing projects in software companies is considered an advantage.
