About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform issue analysis and fixes.
  • Investigate issues considering business rules and system impact.
  • Work with legacy code, proposing improvements when necessary.
  • Support application maintenance and stability.
  • Perform debugging and root cause analysis.
  • Implement small improvements (back-end and front-end).
  • Use tools such as Azure DevOps for task management and workflow.
  • Collaborate with product, support, and QA teams.
  • Provide future support for critical production incidents.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with .NET.
  • Experience with REST APIs.
  • Experience with relational databases.
  • Experience with version control using Git.
  • Experience in debugging and problem analysis.
  • Experience working with legacy code.
  • Knowledge of Vue.js or another modern front-end framework.
  • Nice-to-haves: Experience in system maintenance/support; experience with log analysis and monitoring; knowledge of systems architecture; experience with Azure DevOps pipelines; experience with messaging or asynchronous processing; experience with application security (e.g., OWASP-based practices).
