About the role

  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting the expected quality according to the scope agreed with the client;
  • Apply the implementation methodology to projects and ensure all stakeholders are following it;
  • Engage the team and promote alignment of activities;
  • Conduct client visits to initiate, monitor, and close projects;
  • Control the schedule and execution of all tasks or project customizations according to the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure);
  • Monitor project progress and hold meetings to present Status Reports;
  • Record and formalize all decisions, alignments and meetings, and schedule visits or remote services for resources allocated to the project;
  • Ensure the client realizes the project benefits during the implementation and upon project completion;

Requirements

  • MBA in Project Management;
  • Two years of experience managing technology projects and/or system implementations;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with project management tools;
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills;
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills;
  • Differentiator: Knowledge of the Monday platform (Monday.com).
