About the role

  • Provide support to Cooperative clients within your assigned team, handling support requests ranging from low to high complexity.
  • Record support interactions and their progress in the management tool, following process guidelines.
  • Assist in tracking all customer-requested issues through to their definitive resolution, at every stage from start to finish.
  • Identify opportunities to improve training for your team and for client employees.
  • Analyze and prioritize requests based on their criticality.
  • Stay up to date with system updates in your area of operation as well as relevant business processes.
  • Understand the customer journey and possible solution paths for each presented need.
  • Support team colleagues on specific topics within your expertise, contributing to their development.
  • Monitor the time and status of ongoing tasks, ensuring compliance with established SLAs.
  • Attend training sessions when required.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative business processes (purchasing, sales, and finance).
  • Must be based in Cascavel, PR (Paraná, Brazil).
  • Knowledge of cooperatives is a plus.
