About the role

  • Support the diagnosis of development needs and the implementation of L&D actions and programs;
  • Map competencies across the team to propose learning solutions;
  • Organize and conduct onboarding for new employees;
  • Assist in the maintenance and management of corporate learning platforms (e.g., Alura);
  • Support the coordination of internal and external training sessions;
  • Monitor area indicators (KPIs) and contribute to improvements;
  • Collaborate to strengthen the organizational culture and company values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields;
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office package);
  • Good communication skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn;
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Interest in corporate education and people development.
