About the role

  • Management, monitoring and continuous updating of Aliare’s portfolio within industry incentive programs;
  • Ongoing identification of new industry incentive programs to expand our participation;
  • Guidance to the commercial (sales) team regarding procedures and redemptions within incentive programs;
  • Points simulations for Aliare solutions for the sales team and clients;
  • Direct assistance to clients with redemptions and support to the finance team;
  • Monitoring and tracking customer orders until they are invoiced;
  • Prospecting new business-referral partners;
  • Maintaining and continuously managing relationships with active and strategic partners;
  • Validating and forwarding partner referrals to the sales team;
  • Tracking and monitoring the closure of partner-generated leads;
  • Validating and releasing rewards to referring partners according to achievement of targets set in the internal referral program;
  • Commercial follow-up and management of business opportunities with partners;
  • Supporting partners in commercial negotiations and other partnership-related matters;
  • Validating and monitoring monthly billing of revenue originating from partners;
  • Managing and releasing bonuses according to partnership criteria and objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience in customer or partner service and relationship management;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Experience managing indirect teams;
  • Understanding of the Sales Funnel;
  • Experience with CRM systems;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Desirable: Knowledge of agribusiness and prior experience with relationship and loyalty programs.
