About the role
- Management, monitoring and continuous updating of Aliare’s portfolio within industry incentive programs;
- Ongoing identification of new industry incentive programs to expand our participation;
- Guidance to the commercial (sales) team regarding procedures and redemptions within incentive programs;
- Points simulations for Aliare solutions for the sales team and clients;
- Direct assistance to clients with redemptions and support to the finance team;
- Monitoring and tracking customer orders until they are invoiced;
- Prospecting new business-referral partners;
- Maintaining and continuously managing relationships with active and strategic partners;
- Validating and forwarding partner referrals to the sales team;
- Tracking and monitoring the closure of partner-generated leads;
- Validating and releasing rewards to referring partners according to achievement of targets set in the internal referral program;
- Commercial follow-up and management of business opportunities with partners;
- Supporting partners in commercial negotiations and other partnership-related matters;
- Validating and monitoring monthly billing of revenue originating from partners;
- Managing and releasing bonuses according to partnership criteria and objectives.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience in customer or partner service and relationship management;
- Advanced Excel;
- Experience managing indirect teams;
- Understanding of the Sales Funnel;
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Willingness to travel;
- Desirable: Knowledge of agribusiness and prior experience with relationship and loyalty programs.
