About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive operational management and strategic coordination across complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Support executive-level stakeholder engagement, partnership activations, and strategic planning efforts
  • Manage project governance, including OKRs, budget tracking, reporting, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
  • Coordinate multiple internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across workstreams
  • Prepare high-level presentations, strategic briefings, executive summaries, and decision-making materials
  • Support partnership storytelling and communications initiatives across international markets
  • Identify strategic opportunities, operational gaps, and process improvements proactively
  • Create structure and momentum within fast-evolving and sometimes ambiguous environments
  • Track progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables while ensuring clear communication across stakeholders
  • Influence cross-functional teams and help drive internal buy-in for strategic initiatives
  • Support planning and coordination of leadership meetings, events, activations, and executive engagements where required
  • Independently manage priorities and proactively drive projects forward with minimal oversight
  • Ensure strong visibility and reporting for senior leadership stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in strategic project management, operations, communications, public affairs, partnerships, or related fields
  • Strong ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with evolving priorities
  • Experience working with senior executive stakeholders and cross-functional international teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution capabilities
  • Proven ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous situations
  • Highly proactive, ownership-driven, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong presentation development and executive communication skills
  • Experience managing budgets, reporting processes, OKRs, and operational tracking
  • Ability to work independently and navigate complex organizational structures with confidence
  • Comfortable using AI-supported workflows and modern collaboration tools
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Near-native or fluent English is essential
