Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate internal communications, including cockpit reminders and recurring emails to leadership.
Manage and update the weekly progress tracker and support the drafting of Quarterly Marketing Review (QMR) documents.
Oversee the localisation of marketing assets for channels including emails, Home Promotion Pages (HPPs), and App Store Optimization (ASO) and landing pages.
Validate that auto-submitted prompts trigger correct, high-quality model responses in local languages while monitoring for hallucinations.
Manage the delivery of localised assets, including coordination with agency vendors and quality assurance (QA) for product copy.
Drive the activation approval process across legal and marketing stakeholders to ensure brand and legal compliance.
