About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operational and analytical accounting
- Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable (data entry, invoicing, reconciliation, payment tracking and reminders)
- Recording of bank transactions and performing bank reconciliations
- Tracking of fixed assets and management of business expenses
- Active participation in monthly and annual closings
- Preparation and review of VAT returns
- Analysis of activity and profitability by activity/project/employee
- Budget preparation and variance analysis
- Drafting and implementation of management procedures and internal controls
- Utilization and enhancement of existing Power BI reports
- Acting as the ERP point of contact for operational teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in Finance / Management Control (Business School or University) or equivalent (Bac +5)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a service company
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential) and Power BI
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and ability to extract and analyze data from them
- Knowledge of Sage 100 is a plus.
