About the role
- Create digital and print assets including email marketing, display ads, animations, social media posts, and marketing materials.
- Craft intuitive UI designs for desktop and mobile to improve user experience and drive sales.
- Use AI tools to scale creative output while maintaining quality and strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing team to design assets that increase conversions and opt-ins.
- Produce designs with a focus on branding, typography, and visual design culture.
Requirements
- A portfolio that wows us.
- Proven skills in creating high-quality concepts and design solutions using industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a design-related field.
- Marketing-savvy: ability to research and apply current marketing trends to create content that drives sales.
- Data-driven: ability to use metrics to create and refine content.
- Proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Figma; bonus for Premiere Pro and advanced After Effects.
- Experience working in a digital marketing environment.
- E-commerce expertise (designs that drove sales on platforms like Amazon).
- At least 2 years of experience; portfolio required.
