About the role

  • Overseeing and managing the financial aspects.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the implementation of effective financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage the accounts, budgets, and financial activities of the different operations divisions in the Company to meet the information needs of the company, government, and statutory bodies.
  • Direct and Co-ordinate the planning and preparation of annual and long-term capital and operating budgets of the departments to ensure they are in line with the business plans to optimize the financial resources available.
  • Manage functional counterparts in operating units regarding matters involving cost determination problems, or issues such as inventory valuation, cost center labor rates, and distribution of overhead and service pricing.
  • Manage the process of maintaining fixed asset records and related depreciation accounts and provide interpretative assistance as to the proper capitalization/expensing of outlays.
  • Participate in the development of long-range financial forecasts and related budgets, perform variance analysis, and consider alternative scenarios and economic prospects.
  • Supervise the preparation of annual financial statements for the Support Services Division and submit it based on accounting standards.
  • Monitor the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance or Any relevant field
  • 6 to 10 Years
