About the role

  • Support the design, documentation, and improvement of business processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Contribute to analyzing current workflows, identifying process gaps, and implementing approved changes.
  • Ensure effective adoption of new procedures through coordination, training, and continuous process evaluation.
  • Design and document business processes, procedures, and workflows in alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current-state operations and define future-state requirements.
  • Conduct current-state versus future-state gap analyses to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Execute approved process changes and automation solutions, including related system and software enhancements.
  • Prepare and deliver training materials and sessions to support the adoption of new processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Systems Analysis & Engineering or Any relevant field
  • Work Experience: 2 to 4 Years
