About the role

  • Perform Sales promotion & marketing Activities efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
  • Achieving sales goals and Targets on a quarterly and annually basic
  • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
  • Managing all sales and ensure compliance to all procedures of organization.
  • Conducting surveys and market research to study and analyze the changing needs of the customers
  • Making sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers
  • Coordinating with Manager to determine an efficient business plan to achieve all annual sales goals.
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Searching for new clients who could benefit from our services in a designated region
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Presenting the Services and all features to customers at events such as conferences , seminars and presentations
  • Travelling to visit potential clients
  • Preparing reports on weekly / Monthly basis
  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively achieved.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
  • Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
