About the role
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business goals, expectations, and marketing objectives.
- Develop and execute client success strategies and project plans aligned with company and campaign goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, strategic guidance, and ongoing support.
- Lead project planning, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and scope management.
- Monitor project performance against KPIs, ensuring campaigns stay on track and deliver measurable results.
- Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, or performance gaps and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions.
- Manage campaign execution from kickoff to completion, ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget.
- Present campaign updates, optimizations, and new opportunities to help clients maximize results.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve performance and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify insights and continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing project management within a fast-paced, technology-driven or agency environment.
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid advertising (e.g., digital ads, social, PPC).
- Strong understanding of target audience segmentation, customer journeys, and performance-driven marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience using and implementing project management (PM) and CRM systems to streamline workflows and client communication.
- Demonstrated success leading complex marketing projects from strategy and planning through execution and optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines, budgets, and performance KPIs.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate marketing strategy into clear action plans.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
