Customer Onboarding Specialist, Italian Speaking

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide customers through the onboarding journey, from kickoff to successful adoption.
- Understand each practice's workflows and recommend best practices to improve productivity and profitability.
- Deliver engaging training sessions for doctors, secretaries, and practice managers.
- Manage onboarding projects, coordinating milestones, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Set clear expectations, proactively identify risks, and remove adoption blockers.
- Handle challenging conversations with confidence, maintaining customer trust even in difficult situations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights to continuously improve our product and onboarding experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Consulting, Implementation, or Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while staying organized and focused on priorities.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to influence customers through a consultative approach and build long-term trust.
- Ownership, resilience, and a proactive attitude.
- Passion for technology and digital transformation.
- Experience with CRM and help desk platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, Zendesk, or similar).
- Native Italian and fluent English (C1).
- Based near Munich or Milan, or willing to relocate.
