Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as subject matter expert for separation equipment products and applications

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and promote Alfa Laval products and applications
  • Develop methods to analyze equipment and process reliability
  • Analyze connected-equipment data and recommend improvements
  • Generate leads and opportunities in OneCRM for service-sales follow-up
  • Learn and use multiple Alfa Laval information technology systems
  • Travel up to 40%

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Diploma/associate degree in engineering or a related field degree, with relevant experience
  • 5+ years of rotating equipment or related industrial equipment experience
  • Strong product knowledge and/or application experience with decanter centrifuges
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and suggest solutions to process problems
  • Willingness to develop ideas and procedures to solve problems
  • Excellent customer interaction and engagement skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to use and learn service digital tools
  • Team-player orientation and ability to relate to people at all levels
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with international colleagues
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows
  • Electrical troubleshooting knowledge
  • Self-motivated with a determined work ethic

  • Ability to travel up to 40%
