About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement the corporate quality strategy
  • Manage Alfa Laval’s quality standards for goods and services
  • Drive compliance with all customer, governmental, and industry requirements
  • Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities; implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Train and mentor teams on quality standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with global Quality teams for benchmarking and support
  • Lead and manage improvement projects from inception to completion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Operations Management, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality as a Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, or similar role
  • Demonstrated expertise with ISO-based quality systems
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt a plus)
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., VISIO, MS Project)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 40% across the U.S.
