About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Product & Application teams for Heat Transfer technologies in Northern Europe
- Develop, monitor, and improve applicable work processes and quality standards
- Manage and develop the IS1 functions
- Interface with product centres and central business units
- Develop product & application competencies in sales companies
Requirements
What you’ll need- A technical engineering background with managerial experience in B2B technical sales support
- Experience with remote management
- Good level of communication skills in English
- Knowledge of equipment related to the food industry, especially Heat Exchanger
