About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver comprehensive product and application training sessions focused on fluid handling equipment (pumps, valves, cleaning, and mixing equipment) for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Facilitate both on-site and hands-on training at global product training hubs, with sessions typically lasting two to five days.
  • Support the development and delivery of training, engaging with process and project engineers as well as field service professionals.
  • Collaborate with regional product and application teams, acting as a “train the trainer” to ensure consistent and effective knowledge transfer across regions.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance learning materials and methods
  • Assess training needs and adapt programs to meet the requirements of diverse audiences, including field sales, technical support, and service teams.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and support to trainees, fostering knowledge retention and practical application.
  • Maintain and update training documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Travel globally (approximately 15–18 training sessions per year, with trips often combining multiple sessions) to deliver impactful learning experiences.
  • Be an integral part of a diverse, experienced, and supportive team, contributing to innovative competence development initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Education, or a related field.
  • Solid technical background in fluid handling equipment (pumps, valves, cleaning, and mixing equipment), ideally within the food and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Experience in technical training, product knowledge transfer, or hands-on service/engineering roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex technical information accessible and engaging.
  • Experience with “train the trainer” programs or similar knowledge-sharing initiatives is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel globally (approximately 50-70 days per year)
  • Familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint, experience with usage of case studies, and hands-on assignments.
