About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Developing, managing, and driving revenue generation of Alfa Laval products through channel partners
  • Optimizing sales and profitability of sanitary equipment in various industries
  • Serving as primary commercial contact for partners
  • Conducting regular partner business reviews and ensuring adherence to sales processes
  • Identifying and nurturing new business opportunities
  • Supporting partners with sales messaging and quoting strategies
  • Conducting joint customer visits to understand end-user needs
  • Promoting new technologies within partner accounts
  • Strengthening partner capabilities through coaching and guidance
  • Maintaining accurate partner pipelines and forecast data

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Engineering degree or at least 5 years of practical experience in a technical sales role
  • 5 years’ experience of technical sales and customer service work
  • Familiarity with process equipment
  • Proficient in reading drawings, technical information and data sheets
  • Experience reviewing complex customer requirements and commercial terms/conditions
  • Effective problem solver, self-starter, detail-oriented
  • Proficient in use of computers; experience with ERP and CRM systems an asset
  • Fluency in French and English languages
