Drive complex transformation programs across multiple geographies
Influence decisions at senior leadership level
Directly impact performance, competitiveness, and customer value
Lead the design and execution of key strategic initiatives impacting: Manufacturing footprint & investments, Automation & industrial innovation, Digital transformation (ERP, MES, WMS, RPA), Organizational and operational excellence
Maximize performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Elevate the value we deliver to our customers globally
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Operations Development team
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Partner with Product Group leadership to define strategic priorities
Manage high-complexity projects (technical, organizational, cultural)
Deliver tangible, measurable improvements across operations
Engage with stakeholders from shopfloor to executive level

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing complex international projects/programs
Exposure to Manufacturing transformation, CAPEX / footprint / relocation projects, Digitalization (ERP, MES, WMS, RPA)
Lean Six Sigma methodologies
