About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support implementation of short- and long-term channel strategies, including maintaining channel plans, roadmaps, and agreements
  • Coordinate communication, onboarding, and ongoing engagement with channel partners to strengthen relationships and performance
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain channel performance data, supporting reports, dashboards, reviews, and incentive administration
  • Assist with channel improvement initiatives such as training, digital tools, product updates, and partner enablement programs
  • Support internal sales teams with data-driven insights, follow-ups, and service channel action plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales support, channel coordination, customer service, or commercial operations (5+ years in sales and/or channel management preferred)
  • Experience working with data, reporting tools, CRM systems, and structured sales or channel processes
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills with high attention to detail
  • Clear and professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Proactive, curious, and improvement-oriented mindset with commercial awareness of channel dynamics
