About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support implementation of short- and long-term channel strategies, including maintaining channel plans, roadmaps, and agreements
Coordinate communication, onboarding, and ongoing engagement with channel partners to strengthen relationships and performance
Collect, analyze, and maintain channel performance data, supporting reports, dashboards, reviews, and incentive administration
Assist with channel improvement initiatives such as training, digital tools, product updates, and partner enablement programs
Support internal sales teams with data-driven insights, follow-ups, and service channel action plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales support, channel coordination, customer service, or commercial operations (5+ years in sales and/or channel management preferred)
Experience working with data, reporting tools, CRM systems, and structured sales or channel processes
Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills with high attention to detail
Clear and professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Proactive, curious, and improvement-oriented mindset with commercial awareness of channel dynamics
