Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
at least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Expertise in using ATS, recruitment software, and social media platforms for sourcing and engagement
Prior Workday experience a plus
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Experience in college recruitment
A genuine passion for talent acquisition
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proactive sourcing experience through LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
