About the role

  • Consult with hiring managers on business needs
  • Create compelling and detailed job postings
  • Source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates
  • Disposition candidates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Make recommendations and provide guidance during the interview process
  • Serve as a main point-of-contact for applicants

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • at least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Expertise in using ATS, recruitment software, and social media platforms for sourcing and engagement
  • Prior Workday experience a plus
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience in college recruitment
  • A genuine passion for talent acquisition
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive sourcing experience through LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
