About the role
- Consult with hiring managers on business needs
- Create compelling and detailed job postings
- Source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates
- Disposition candidates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Make recommendations and provide guidance during the interview process
- Serve as a main point-of-contact for applicants
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments
- Manage the offer extension process
- Utilize data to drive conversation and continuous improvement in the hiring process
- Stay informed about industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- at least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Expertise in using ATS, recruitment software, and social media platforms for sourcing and engagement
- Prior Workday experience a plus
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience in college recruitment
- A genuine passion for talent acquisition
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive sourcing experience through LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
