About the role
- Own IMS performance transparency through the development and automation of dashboards.
- Integrate and validate data across systems to ensure reliable insights.
- Perform statistical analysis and scenario modeling to support resource allocation.
- Apply process mining tools to analyze service workflows and identify bottlenecks.
- Lead IMS transformation and improvement initiatives from scoping to execution.
- Ensure new processes and tools are adopted and executed across regions.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience within analytics, operational excellence, transformation, or business process roles.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Power BI, advanced Excel, and data visualization.
- Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis, UiPath, Signavio, or similar.
- Proven experience leading or coordinating cross-functional initiatives using a structured, pragmatic approach.
- Solid understanding of service operations, cost modeling, productivity KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
