About the role
- lead offshore after-service sales activities
- report directly to the Manager of Global Service Sales
- develop and implement the business plan for offshore service sales activities
- drive business growth through targeted sales initiatives
- strengthen customer loyalty and satisfaction
- identifying market potential and effective pricing strategies
- support and propel local entities and agents to accelerate sales growth
- lead the development of upgrades, retrofits, repairs, and service agreements
Requirements
- Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification
- strong technical sales skills, preferably within the boiler and combustion field
- Sales experience in the marine, offshore, or oil and gas industries
- Strong communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and an effective team player
- structured and organized approach
- adaptability and a readiness to travel
