- Define and drive a visionary, long-term Energy business strategy focused on energy transition, cleantech, market leadership, and sustainable growth
- Position Alfa Laval as a Transition Leader—helping customers and communities navigate the energy transition and embrace clean technologies
- Shape the future portfolio by driving innovation and digital transformation offerings aligned with customer and industry evolution
- Build strategic partnerships and go-to-market ecosystems to accelerate growth and market penetration
- Align cross-functional efforts by collaborating with Operations, Marketing, and Global Energy units to create unified customer strategies
- Strengthen commercial excellence through targeted sales enablement, differentiated value propositions, and customer-centric messaging
- Provide global strategic direction to Energy sales teams, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market opportunities
- Drive enterprise-level relationships that strengthen Alfa Laval’s market position and unlock long-term business value
- Translate global GSS and Energy Division strategies into actionable growth plans for the Sales Company
- Lead strategic market analysis to identify growth opportunities, industry shifts, and competitive threats
- Ensure financial discipline through strategic forecasting, budgeting, and performance governance
- Design an agile, future-ready organizational structure aligned with market potential and strategic priorities
- Lead change management to transform ways of working, elevate capability, and drive cultural alignment
- Develop talent and leadership pipelines, fostering a high-performance culture and coaching teams for long-term success
- Champion strategic technology and industry innovation, influencing product development and customer solutions across multiple sectors
- Shape high-impact techno-commercial strategies for large projects, tenders, and global bids.
Requirements
- 15 years of senior leadership experience with deep strategic and techno-commercial expertise in the Energy sector
- Proven track record in leading regional businesses, crafting growth strategies, and delivering transformational results
- Strong capability in shaping business direction, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving organizational change
- Exceptional strategic communication, stakeholder influence, and executive presence
- Visionary yet hands-on leadership style, capable of inspiring teams toward ambitious growth
- Educational background: BE/B. Tech (Chemical/Mechanical) from a top institute; MBA preferred for strong business acumen
- Knowledge of Arabic will be given preference due to the regional market focus.
