  • Position Alfa Laval as a Transition Leader—helping customers and communities navigate the energy transition and embrace clean technologies
  • Shape the future portfolio by driving innovation and digital transformation offerings aligned with customer and industry evolution
  • Build strategic partnerships and go-to-market ecosystems to accelerate growth and market penetration

Requirements

  • 15 years of senior leadership experience with deep strategic and techno-commercial expertise in the Energy sector
  • Proven track record in leading regional businesses, crafting growth strategies, and delivering transformational results
  • Strong capability in shaping business direction, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving organizational change
  • Exceptional strategic communication, stakeholder influence, and executive presence
  • Visionary yet hands-on leadership style, capable of inspiring teams toward ambitious growth
  • Educational background: BE/B. Tech (Chemical/Mechanical) from a top institute; MBA preferred for strong business acumen
  • Knowledge of Arabic will be given preference due to the regional market focus.
