About the role
- Develop and implement strategies for trade finance and credit management
- Manage all aspects of trade finance, including letters of credit, guarantees, export/import financing, working capital solutions
- Secure robust credit policies, procedures, and controls
- Assess and monitor the creditworthiness of customers and partners
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Trade Finance and Credit Management teams
- Ensure accurate reporting and analysis of trade finance activities and credit exposures
Requirements
- 5 + years’ experience in trade finance, credit management, or treasury roles, preferably in multinational settings
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (legal competence is a plus)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Effective in fast-paced, international, and cross-functional environments
- Skilled at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in English; Scandinavian language skills are a plus
