About the role
- Provide a prompt and accurate service response to consulting engineers and key accounts in HVAC, District Energy, Data Centre Cooling
- Prospect for and manage leads from the market and potential customers
- Act as a trusted advisor for Alfa Laval’s direct-buying Key Accounts, consultants, contractors and business partners
- Assist in the implementation of Alfa Laval’s online customer aid tools
- Meet ISO 9001 and HSE requirements and maintain tidy/clean work area
Requirements
- Engineering Degree or Engineering Technologist diploma
- 5-10 years post-education
- Insight / experience into the HVAC, District Energy, Data Center, Utility industries
- Completion of ASHRAE courses are valued
- Ability to build relationships
