About the role
- Review of specs, design, quotation, and product support for Industrial Heat Exchangers
- Review quotation & proposal requests from leads generated by Sales team and Partner Distributors
- Select, design and configure products and solutions according to customer specification
- Prepare offer documentation, both quotations and formal proposals for submittal to the customer
- Maintain sales process records in CRM tool
- Prepare and coordinate order handover to Order Fulfilment team and Project Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Applied Science or Engineering Technologist diploma
- 2 to 10 years post-education experience in Petroleum / Petrochemical, Mineral / Metal Processing, Chemical Production, or Pulp & Paper Production
- Knowledge of heat transfer and fluid dynamics
- Effective problem solver, detail-oriented, service-minded
- Ability to communicate in French (oral and written) is a highly valued asset.
