About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Manage budgets and allocate spend across multiple brands
- Develop lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion strategies
- Monitor metrics such as CPA, CPL, CPC, CTR, ROAS, ROI, CAC, and conversion rate
- Conduct A/B tests for campaigns, ads, audiences, and creatives
- Structure search, display, video, Performance Max, remarketing, and social media campaigns
- Prepare performance reports and present strategic optimization recommendations
- Ensure correct tracking of conversions, pixels, tags, and integrations
- Work with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 for measurement and analysis
- Create and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio
- Collaborate with other Marketing teams to continuously improve campaigns
- Manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Social Communication, or a related field
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience with lead-generation and performance-driven campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with Looker Studio
- Understanding of marketing funnels, paid media, and demand generation
- Experience with remarketing, search, display, video, Performance Max, and social media campaigns
- Experience setting up and monitoring pixels, events, and conversions
- Experience preparing reports and monitoring marketing KPIs
- Up-to-date certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and/or Meta are a plus
- Experience or knowledge of LinkedIn Ads is a plus
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM is a plus
- Experience working with B2B companies, technology, education, or consultancies is a plus
- Experience managing multiple brands is a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools, especially Monday.com, is a plus
