About the role
- Conduct active B2G prospecting, identifying opportunities within public sector organizations and mapping strategic contracts;
- Identify decision-makers and execute multichannel outreach to generate qualified meetings for the sales team;
- Qualify and nurture leads (marketing, events, partners, and referrals) according to internal criteria;
- Analyze public tenders and terms of reference, identifying technical fit and strategic opportunities;
- Prepare technical product descriptions to support proposal development;
- Ensure CRM is organized and up to date, maintaining data quality;
- Manage structured handoff of opportunities to Account Executives, providing follow-up and support throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in active multichannel prospecting
- Track record in opportunity mapping and analysis, including strategic research and data mining
- Hands-on experience in lead qualification and nurturing using structured criteria
- Familiarity with CRM for funnel management and tracking
- Ability to read and interpret technical and legal documents/terms
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with an analytical and consultative profile
