About the role
- Support the preparation, control and monitoring of the budget;
- Issue invoices (Notas Fiscais) and payment slips (boletos);
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage financial transactions;
- Prepare financial reports and support the monitoring of financial statements and reporting;
- Contact and negotiate with suppliers/vendors;
- Provide customer support (WhatsApp, email and phone), including registration and updating of customer information;
- Draft proposals, contracts and official letters;
- Issue company certificates;
- Monitor deadlines and contract renewals;
- Provide support for other administrative tasks within the department.
Requirements
- Previous experience with administrative and financial routines
- Experience with financial control and supplier/vendor relations
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields
- Previous experience with financial management software and cash flow tools is desirable
