About the role

  • Perform system implementations, guiding managers and public servants on proper configuration and use of the solutions
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and messaging apps (such as WhatsApp or similar)
  • Clarify questions about the operation and use of the tools
  • Work closely with managers and public servants, promoting best practices in the use of the portal
  • Conduct in-person and/or remote training during implementation or as needed
  • Identify, log, and track the resolution of technical and operational issues
  • Ensure a positive experience with the platform, fostering customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust
  • Support continuous improvements in implementation and support processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or technologist degree in Public Management, Public Administration, Administration, or related fields
  • Previous experience working in city halls (municipal governments) or companies that serve the public sector, with knowledge of administrative routines, public procurement, contracts, legislation, and payment workflows
  • Genuine interest in helping customers, with empathetic listening, clear teaching skills, and resilience in problem-solving
  • Valid driver's license (Brazilian CNH)
  • Availability to travel as required for implementations
