About the role
- Implementation and management of HR and Organizational Development (DHO) programs, including job architecture, career and compensation, and performance management.
- Monitoring the employee evaluation cycle.
- Conducting the Organizational Climate Survey.
- Recruiting and selecting candidates.
- Developing and implementing internal marketing (employee engagement) initiatives.
- Planning and executing onboarding activities for new employees.
- Preparing and analyzing HR indicators (KPIs) for the area.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and ease in interpersonal relationships.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
- Previous experience in People & Management within the technology sector or a startup is a plus.
- Desire for growth and continuous learning.
