About the role

  • Implementation and management of HR and Organizational Development (DHO) programs, including job architecture, career and compensation, and performance management.
  • Monitoring the employee evaluation cycle.
  • Conducting the Organizational Climate Survey.
  • Recruiting and selecting candidates.
  • Developing and implementing internal marketing (employee engagement) initiatives.
  • Planning and executing onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Preparing and analyzing HR indicators (KPIs) for the area.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and ease in interpersonal relationships.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
  • Previous experience in People & Management within the technology sector or a startup is a plus.
  • Desire for growth and continuous learning.
