About the role

  • Help deploy, manage, and monitor client infrastructure and internal tools
  • Work closely with the Operations Lead to implement infrastructure-as-code changes
  • Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and contribute to maintaining 24/7 uptime
  • Use a ticketing system to manage issues and keep task statuses up to date
  • Spot issues in processes or documentation and help improve them
  • Participate in shift work

Requirements

  • Some experience in a technical support or service desk role
  • Familiar with ticketing platforms like Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk
  • A proactive, process-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Clear and confident English communication skills
  • Experience with AWS, Docker, Linux, or infrastructure monitoring tools is a plus
  • Exposure to AWS services like EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, or CloudFormation is beneficial
  • Knowledge of DevOps, cybersecurity, or log monitoring tools like Sumo Logic or Splunk is advantageous
