About the role
- You optimize and monitor our network architecture (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN) and our firewall
- You lead company-wide IT projects (e.g., migrations, rollouts) from concept through successful acceptance
- You evaluate new technologies, create roadmaps for our IT infrastructure and advise on investment decisions
- You assume end-to-end technical responsibility for central IT services, ensure their stable operation and act as an escalation point for complex incidents and problem cases
- You ensure IT compliance (ISO 27001, TISAX) and act as the responsible contact and mentor for audit preparation and execution
- You are responsible for Business Continuity Management (BCM) and the continuous development of the cybersecurity architecture
- You identify and implement solutions to sustainably increase efficiency within IT and across the company
- You define and establish IT standards, policies and governance models (e.g., permissions, lifecycle, naming, security baselines) and ensure their sustainable implementation
- You initiate IT innovation projects and work closely with other departments to seamlessly integrate fit-for-purpose solutions
Requirements
- You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a comparable qualification
- You have approximately 7 years of professional experience in IT administration, IT project management or as an IT consultant
- You bring in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT security, and IT services; programming skills are an advantage
- Your extensive experience in the Microsoft environment (Azure, Entra ID, Intune, PowerShell, M365 etc.) completes your profile
- You have knowledge of and practical experience with ISO 27001 and TISAX standards
- You have proven success in IT project leadership and in developing and implementing IT strategies
