About the role

  • lead supplier concern investigations
  • manage supplier meetings
  • validate supplier parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • qualify new suppliers
  • conduct audits
  • drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply base
  • support reliability investigations
  • prepare performance data for supplier reviews
  • lead RCCA and 8D activities
  • improve supplier process capability and ensuring consistent quality across all supplied components

Requirements

  • experience in QA auditing within an automotive environment
  • strong understanding of ISO9001, IATF 16949, and supplier quality tools such as SPC, RCCA, PPAP, 8D, 5S, and FMEA
  • excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • ability to write clear and concise reports
  • HND/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Quality Engineering (Bonus if you have)
  • CQI certifications (Bonus if you have)
  • experience with APQP and QlikSense reporting tools (Bonus if you have)
