About the role
- Lead supplier concern investigations.
- Manage supplier meetings.
- Validate supplier parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Qualify new suppliers and conduct audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply base.
- Support crisis management for in-service and in-factory quality incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support reliability investigations and prepare performance data for supplier reviews.
- Lead RCCA and 8D activities to improve supplier process capability.
Requirements
- Experience in QA auditing within an automotive environment.
- Strong understanding of ISO9001, IATF 16949, and supplier quality tools such as SPC, RCCA, PPAP, 8D, 5S, and FMEA.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to write clear and concise reports.
- Bonus if you have: HND/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Quality Engineering.
- CQI certifications.
- Experience with APQP and QlikSense reporting tools.
